Terms and Conditions

This agreement is made between Silver Spider Media (“Provider”) and the Client (“Client”). By engaging in services, the Client agrees to these terms.

  1. Scope of Services 1.1. Silver Spider Media provides bespoke website design, hosting, and maintenance plans, and advanced SEO services. 1.2. Local SEO is included as standard in all SEO packages.
  2. Payment Terms 2.1. A £100 deposit is required to commence work on website designs. 2.2. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. 2.3. Monthly recurring fees for hosting (£30/month) and maintenance are payable in advance. 2.4. SEO services are invoiced monthly, with payment due within 14 days. 2.5. Late payments may incur a 5% penalty.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights 3.1. Full ownership of the website is transferred to the Client upon receipt of final payment. 3.2. Silver Spider Media retains copyright to any proprietary tools or templates used.
  4. Refund and Cancellation Policies 4.1. Deposits are refundable only if no work has commenced. 4.2. Hosting and maintenance plans can be canceled with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice. 4.3. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
  5. Client Responsibilities 5.1. The Client must provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals within agreed timelines. 5.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring all provided materials comply with legal requirements.
  6. Confidentiality and Data Protection 6.1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information. 6.2. Silver Spider Media operates in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.
  7. Limitation of Liability 7.1. Silver Spider Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 7.2. The Provider’s liability is capped at the total amount paid by the Client under this agreement.
  8. Termination of Agreement 8.1. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ notice. 8.2. Immediate termination applies in cases of non-payment or significant breaches of terms.
  9. Ongoing Support and Troubleshooting 9.1. Free updates are provided if they take less than 2 hours per month. 9.2. Tasks exceeding 2 hours, such as adding pages or full redesigns, may incur additional fees. 9.3. Additional fees will be agreed upon before the commencement of extra tasks.
  10. Dispute Resolution 10.1. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the UK court system. 10.2. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
  11. Changes to Terms and Conditions 11.1. Updates to these terms will be posted on the Provider’s website. 11.2. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
  12. 12. Agreement to Terms via Invoice 12.1. Payment of an invoice signifies the Client’s agreement to these terms.
